Subscriptions

Enable plans and subscriptions with Stripe.

Syntax

$ vela enable subscriptions

Adds Stripe subscription billing on top of payments: plan selection, cancel and resume, and subscription state kept in sync by webhook. Creates one collection:

stripe_subscriptions

The subscription events are added to the webhook dispatcher in src/routes/webhooks/stripe/handlers/dispatch.ts, so they run inside the stripe-event workflow with its retries. A sync-stripe-subscriptions workflow in src/lib/workflows reconciles every subscription with Stripe every ten minutes, so a webhook that never arrived is corrected.
