Add an mdsvex-powered blog to the project.

Syntax

$ vela enable blog

This scaffolds:

• A post list and individual post pages, written as Markdown with mdsvex
• Tag pages
• An RSS feed
• A couple of example posts to start from

Posts are files in the repository, not database records, so they version alongside the code, and the blog works with or without a backend.

The pages are built from shadcn-svelte components, so the project needs shadcn-svelte. Without it the command is refused before anything is changed.

The RSS feed takes its title and links from site.name and site.url in src/lib/site.ts, so set url there to where the site is deployed. A project without that file gets one, named after PocketBase’s application name when there is a backend and after package.json otherwise.
